Problema invio mailing

Buongiorno, durante l'invio di mailing andato a buon fine sono rimaste delle mail in partenza con errori, pur avendo aggiunto queste mail in "ban list" continiuano a tentare l'invio, ho provato a spostare la mailing in uscita da "in uscita" a "inviati" ma continuano ad uscire senza aver la possibilità di bloccarli.
In questo caso sono rimaste in invio 150 file in errore.

19/06/2025 08:37:23 550 they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
19/06/2025 08:37:23 503-All RCPT commands were rejected with this error:
19/06/2025 08:37:24 503-The mail server could not deliver mail to
19/06/2025 08:37:24 503-amministrazione@yyyyyyyyy.eu.  The account or domain may not exist,
19/06/2025 08:37:24 503-they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
19/06/2025 08:37:24 503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

Se riuscite ad aiutarmi non so in che modo bloccare queste mail in uscita.
