Sito bloccato dopo download aggiornamento

Abbiamo scaricato oggi l'ultimo aggiornamento di Ready e Template. Da quel momento il sito è inutilizzabile.

Abbiamo contattato il nostro server provider e questa è stata la loro risposta:
"I'm afraid there is no PHP error logging available on Windows shared hosting by default, so you would need to look into debugging solutions with the developers of the software or in the software itself. We would not have experience with this CMS to advise."

Ci serve urgentemente assistenza, il sito è del tutto fuori uso, impossibile per i clienti navigare e fare acquisti.
